I’ve had a breakthrough [again], my procrastinator side has yielded to me!!!
I’m on my way to the 10k mud challenge and I am proud to say that I’ve kept with the program! As you can tell by my previous post, this weekend I went to the beach but that didn’t stop me from exercising [Jose on the other hand surrendered to his procrastinator]. I’m doing this program I found on Women’s Health to turn a no-experience-running beginner into an intermediate runner [by the end I’ll be able to run a full 30 minutes without stopping!]. After I finish this program I’ll do the training for the 10k.
Add to that that I’m on a diet [successfully craving-free for 1 week now] and doing some strength training in between and I’ll be back in shape [err..let’s pretend I was once] in no time. Precisely what I needed, a real goal to accomplish.
So yeah, take a seat miss procrastinator.
